Even though the weather is still very cold in my little corner of the northeast I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of spring and have started planning my spring/summer wardrobe. I wanted to share with you some of my new shoes (I love shoes!).
This first pair of shoes were a birthday gift from my mom in January:
Fuschia high heel sandals from Nina Shoes. These retail for $99. and are currently on sale for $29.99. They are a beautiful color (pink is my favorite color in any shade) and the embellishments on the toes are so feminine without being overdone.
I recently received this pair of sandals for review from juil:
These are the most comfortable sandals ever, this particular pair is the Hera Sandal in white, it is available in six colors and retails for $125. Juil has several styles of both men's and women's sandals in many colors. I selected this pair because they are classic and very versatile for my wardrobe. I will be posting a full review of these sandals soon, I hope you will stop back and read it!
If you follow fashion then you probably already know that metallics are one of the spring 2013 fashion trends. I couldn't resist these beautiful gold ballet flats from the White Ribbon. The gold is a little more pale than a lot of gold I see in shoes and these are handmade in Germany. They retail for $75. and are made of high quality leather. I would like to note that the sizing seems a little off with these shoes, I wear a standard size 6 1/2 ladies shoes and these seem a little wide and gap when I walk.
Maurice's at the Clarion Mall had a great shoe sale a few weeks ago so I picked up these cute black kitten heels. I like the simplicity of this shoe with the little grommet at the strap to add interest. I picture wearing these with capri pants, sun dresses, and shorts all summer long. I believe I paid $24.99 for this pair, not a bad price for some cute heels.
Last week I picked up these brown wedge sandals from Maurice's, which retail for $39.99, during their online sale. This particular pair is my husband's favorite choice out of all my new shoes. These have a 4 1/2 inch heel to give you a little lift if you are vertically challenged like I am and are super easy to walk in.
if you click your heels three times, do you magically transport to another location?
ReplyDeleteYes, hopefully somewhere warm! This long winter in the northeast is getting
Deleteto be a bit much :)
Love the shoes and also that you're thinking about spring already!!
ReplyDeleteThank you. The first two pairs are my favorites!
DeleteOH MY GOD THOSE GOLD ONE!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm not much on shoes just because I have big feet. If I could find ballet flats like those in purple or black in my size is die! I have a pair of 4 1/2 platform heels I can barely walk lol
ReplyDeleteOne thing is for sure you have great taste is shoes! Loving those wedge sandals!
ReplyDeleteCute shoes. I'm so not a shoe person. I do need/want some cute summer shoes though.
ReplyDeleteI love those sandals!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the fuschia heels and the brown sandals. Looks like you are all ready for Spring. Makes me want to go shoe shopping!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE SANDALS, THAT IS ALL I WEAR EVEN IN THE WINTER!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE shoes, all kinds. But especially those that are strappy with heels. :D
ReplyDeleteThose are all so cute. I would love the flip flops, being in Florida, that is about all I wear. Would love a chance to wear some of the others, but hubby is too tired at the end of the day to do out :(
ReplyDeleteI am a huge fan of sandals! I love all of these too!
ReplyDeleteMan, it looks like you're REALLY ready for Spring! I do quite love shoes, too, so I get it ;)
ReplyDeleteI've actually been wondering about those juil sandals so I'd be interested in hearing your review of them!
Now all we just need is SPRING!!!
I really like the wedge sandals and wish I'd known about the online sale at Maurice's.
ReplyDeleteCome on Spring, get here already!
NIna shoes are always my go to for style, beauty and comfort!
ReplyDeleteI swear those sandals are more comfortable than which I have.
