The GeoSafari® Vega 360 Telescope comes in a nice, bright purple box. It is well packed and all the pieces were in perfect shape when received. So you can rest easy, knowing it will arrive in good condition.
Then came the fun of putting it together. I'm actually pretty good putting things together and it only took about 15 minutes. However, figuring out HOW to use the telescope was not so easy for me. Remember, I'm good at putting things together, not figuring out how to use them. LOL. Actually, there is a really good instruction booklet that comes with the telescope. It gives step-by-step instructions for using the telescope in different scenarios.
