Ban T-Shirts are American made, sweatshop free t-shirts made with organic cotton. When you purchase a t-shirt from Ban T-Shirts they plant a tree as part of their partnership with Trees For The Future. How cool is that? Not only are you getting a great deal when you buy a Ban T-shirt you are also helping the environment. While Ban T-shirts are noted for their political t-shirts they also offer t-shirts in several categories including science, religion, anti-war, environment, free speech, and immigration to name just a few.
My oldest son is in college and when I saw Ban T-shirts I knew he would be interested in them. He selected the "Illegal Immigration Started in 1492" shirt pictured. Some of John's friends have asked him where he got the neat shirt and he told them to follow his mom's blog to find out and win one of their own (he's a good kid and likes to encourage me with my blogging). When it arrived I really liked the contrast level of the ink on the dark background, it is eye catching yet tasteful. The shirt we received is true to size and washes very well with no fading, shrinking, or deterioration of the printing. John commented that this particular t-shirt from Ban T-shirts is really comfortable and doesn't ride up, he has a long torso and a lot of t-shirts barely fall to his waist or shrink and ride up on him.
In addition to supporting the environment Ban T-Shirts is a sweatshop free company, read their policy and beliefs HERE. The short version of this policy is that Ban T-Shirts pays American workers a fair wage for their labor and supports USA made products. You can follow Ban T-Shirts on FACEBOOK and TWITTER.
