Balance Bar Review and Father's Day Giveaway

Balance Bar is a small company that was one of the first to produce energy and nutrition bars. The company was founded in 1992 and their focus is on helping people live healthy active lives. Balance Bars are a high energy, nutritious food made with  40% of calories from carbohydrates 30% of calories from  protein and 30% of calories from dietary fat to ensure lasting energy.

I received samples of the Balance Bare Bars in the peanut butter, chocolate almond and blueberry acai flavors to sample.  I have tried other nutrition bars in the past including Luna and Atkins but this was my first experience with Bare Bars. I must say I was not disappointed, Balance Bars taste good and are effective at leaving you with a full feeling and no "sugar crash" within a few hours like some products. My favorite flavor is the peanut butter (possibly because I am a peanut butter lover) and my husband's favorite flavor is the blueberry acai, all three flavors taste great in my opinion.
